"So we had been using Lexia in our school prior to the start of the pandemic. Some students with access would put in additional time at home, often because they enjoyed the program and wanted to get to the next level.

After 11 months of distance learning and universal access, we found that the majority of our students were engaging in Lexia and making progress on the program at a higher rate than ever. And they were taking pride in the number of units they were completing.

Now that some of us are back in person, teachers plan to capitalize on that excitement, and will continue to use Lexia as an important resource in the literacy development of all students.

The individualized reports allow teachers to identify specific skills a student has mastered, as well as those for which they might need additional instruction. We are looking forward to seeing our students all become confident and critical readers."
