Lexia® Core5® West Virginia Progress Report
In West Virginia, students made substantial progress with Core5. At the start of the school year, 28% of students working on Core5 material with fidelity were in or above their grade level. That number increased to 67% by the end of the school year. Students working below grade level reduced from 72% to 33%. These students greatly reduced their risk for reading failure by ending the school year working in or above their grade-level benchmark in Core5.
