Marietta City Schools is home to one of Georgia's largest Emergent Bilingual populations. Given the unique needs of these students, educators knew they needed a literacy program that would support the students in English and their various native languages. They implemented Lexia® literacy programs and found that it gave their students confidence as their test scores improved. The district invited families monthly to celebrate students' achievements, fostering a sense of belonging in this diverse community.
